Job Duties & Responsibilities
- You shall be responsible for conducting feasibility studies, cost budgeting, project supervision and certifying final accounts for multiple projects at the clients premise.
- You shall ensure that all projects are duly completed within budget and within targeted timeline.
- You are required to prepare and submit regular reports on the progress of such projects in
accordance to the timelines, targets and budget expenditure.
- You are required to work with consultants to ensure that all authorities submissions are done on time in order to commence work and in time to obtain TOP/CSC for projects.
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned by your supervisor.
Requirements
- Hold a Diploma in Engineering or Building with a local polytechnic
- Minimum 5 yrs proven working experience in Singapore
- Must be familiar with submission process of building plans for local authorities&apos approval
- AutoCad skills
