Project Management Executive

Job Description

Arianetech Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based agri-innovation company specializing in indoor vertical farming systems, modular automation, LED grow lighting solutions, and smart farm control platforms. We deliver turnkey farm solutions focused on improving farm economics through energy efficiency and automation.

We are seeking a Project Management Executive to support the planning, coordination, and execution of indoor farming and automation projects. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, engineers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.

• Liaise with clients to understand project requirements and provide regular updates.

• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.

• Support site installation, testing, commissioning, and handover processes.

• Prepare project documentation including proposals, progress reports, technical submissions, and meeting minutes.

• Monitor project costs and assist in budget tracking.

• Conduct site visits to oversee installation works and ensure compliance with safety standards.

• Support regional projects, including coordination of logistics and documentation for overseas assignments when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Building Services, Agricultural Technology, or related field.

• At least 2 years of relevant project coordination or project management experience.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Good organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence (preferred).

• Ability to travel to project sites locally and overseas when required.

Preferred Skills (Advantageous)

• Ability to communicate in Japanese to support coordination with Japanese-speaking stakeholders.

• Experience in automation systems, lighting systems, M&E works, or smart control systems.

• Familiarity with PLC systems or IoT-based monitoring platforms.
