In this role, you will work with Google Customer Solutions (GCS) sales team. GCS sales teams are trusted advisors and engaged sellers who maintain focus on customer success by bringing the best Google has to offer to small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), which are the foundation of our communities.

Job responsibilities
- Support the Vice President of Google Customer Solutions (GCS) APAC and their leadership team as their trusted Executive Business Partner (EBP).
- Manage the full spectrum of administrative tasks (e.g., calendar management, travel scheduling, executive expense management, event and budget management).
- Establish trust and partnership with cross-functional teams and executives of the organization. Use your judgment and discretion to make decisions in complex, ambiguous, and time sensitive situations.
- Understand the business and their people needs, identify process and operational improvements to allow the business to run more efficiently.
- Maintain confidentiality and apply the knowledge of internal systems and policies to support team operations.
Minimum qualifications
- 5 years of administrative experience in a high-tech or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
Preferred qualifications
- 8 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution.
- Experience in calendar management over international time-zones, travel scheduling and booking, and budgeting of events.
- Ability to identify and implement operational efficiencies across administrative and executive functions.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage execution and escalation, with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently along with project management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and prioritization skills, including sequencing tasks, managing frequency, and understanding the flow of business operations.
