Key Responsibilities
- Support the full project lifecycle - from planning, scheduling and budgeting to on-site execution and post-event review
- Work with internal stakeholders, external vendors and contractors to ensure smooth coordination and timely delivery of project milestones
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and recommend corrective actions
- Assist with project documentation, budget tracking and procurement of materials or services
- Oversee on-site setup and dismantling to ensure adherence to quality standards and brand consistency
- Support physical marketing and brand activation campaigns
- Perform ad-hoc duties or assignments as required by management
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Events Management, Marketing, Interior / Spatial Design, Business or related field
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in project coordination, events & exhibitions, product launches or spatial / environmental design
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and work under tight timelines in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work outside regular hours during event periods and travel to onsite locations
- Ability to read basic floor plans / technical drawings
- Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint and design tools (SketchUp, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite)
