Project Executive

Job Description:

- Manage Projects to supply generator setfor different industries.

- Prepare / Check drawings and generate relateddocuments according to customer specifications for approval.

- Liaise and coordinate with customer &vendor for mechanical / electrical drawings.

- Coordinate all mechanical / electricalinterfacing of designated projects to meet customer specifications.

- Prepare project schedule for individualprojects according to requirements.

- Monitor and liaise with logisticsdepartment for import the generator sets from overseas.

- Attend Site survey, client &consultant meetings for project needs.

- Prepare / Check all safety relateddocuments like Method of Statement (MOS), Risk Assessments (RA), Safe WorkProcedure (SWP) & lifting plan according to projects/customers need.

- Co-ordinate and lead the FactoryAcceptance Test (FAT, Site Acceptance Test (SAT) with customer / consultantsand ensure all test reports are endorsed.

- Schedule and co-ordinate onsite trainingand testing.

- Prepare and submit complete gensetpackage OMM for individual project according to customer requirements.

- Monitor individual project costings asper sales budget and meet profit margins.

- Maintains a proper record of allcommunications related to the project.

- Provide technical support & assistSales team as and when required.

- Maintain proper project folders and keepall documents in individual projects for auditing purpose.

- Fulfil any other duties as and whenrequired by the team.

- Comply to all in house and on site safetyregulations.

Job Requirements:

- Diploma in Electrical / MechanicalEngineering with at least 3 years of related project handling experience inEngine/Genset industries.

- Must have basic knowledge in mechanical /electrical aspect of Power Systems & Control Panels.

- Able to read and understand basic ElectricalSchematic diagrams for Genset Control Systems.

- Able to read and understand mechanicaldrawings like General arrangement drawings & Site Architect layoutdrawings.

- Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office,AutoCAD and Adobe Acrobat is required.

- Ability to travel multiple locations on aproject basis.

- Ability to handle multiple projects.

- Must possess good interpersonal,communication and supervisory skills.

- Good team player with ability to workindependently.

- Possess a class 3 driving license is anadvantage.
