Job Title:Operations Support Executive
Location: Singapore
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (5-days work week)
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Support Executive to support our day-to-day operations. This role is key to ensuring smooth coordination across teams and delivering quality service to our clients.
KeyResponsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to project and technical teams
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely execution of tasks
- Assist in preparing reports, documents, and project records
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to handle enquiries and follow-ups
- Maintain proper filing systems and ensure documentation accuracy
- Support daily office operations and process improvements
