Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Project Coordinator/Project Executive to support the delivery of façade and millwork projects from planning through to completion. This role will work closely with Project Managers to coordinate project activities, ensure smooth execution, and maintain quality and timely delivery, while providing strong exposure to end-to-end project management.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Project Manager in supervising works at both production progress and project sites
  • Liaise with clients and their representatives on all site matters, ensuring proper documentation and communication
  • Coordinate with internal teams, workshops, and subcontractors on production, delivery, and installation works
  • Attend and support site meetings as required
  • Ensure all staff and subcontractors comply with workplace safety requirements
  • Monitor daily site activities and project progress to ensure works are carried out according to schedule
  • Inspect delivered materials and verify compliance with project requirements
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and workmanship standards are met
  • Supervise general workers and installation works on-site
  • Identify and report quality control issues, and assist in implementing corrective actions
  • Handle defects rectification works and maintain proper documentation of defect servicing
  • Prepare and manage shipping documentation, packing lists, and coordination of logistics
  • Support project documentation including site instructions, reports, and records
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor

Requirements

  • ITE / O Level / Diploma or equivalent and above
  • Experience in construction, interior fit-out, carpentry, or furniture industry will be an added advantage
  • Basic understanding of project coordination and site supervision
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing and able to travel overseas for project supervision when required
