Project Executive (ID)

• Construction / Interior Design / Renovation

• Working days & time: 5days , Mon - Fri, 10am - 6:30pm

• Location: Bendemeer | Client Site

• Salary: $3000 - $4000 + Transport allowances

Job Scopes:

• Oversea the daily operations and running of site projects, including quality control and project scheduling enforcement.

• Work closely and maintain good working relationship with all stakeholders including clients, suppliers, designers, workers, and sub-contractors to ensure timely delivery

• Maintain best practices and standards of project management for client quotations scheduling, site preparation, coordination, resources planning, costing and documentation.

• Perform risk analysis and monitor project progress with reports to clients and organisation.

• Prepare basic reports and updates for management

• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Requirements

• Minimum 1-3 years experience in project coordination / project management preferred

• Experience in construction / renovation / interior design is an advantage
