Interface with clients to manage a smooth and successful delivery of a project.
Co-ordinate layout plan, M&E plan, and visuals, prepare project schedule and/or quotes to clients.
Arrange submission of plans to local authorities for approval and inspection
Co-ordinate with internal staff including Interior Designers, Quantity Surveyors and Construction Leaders etc.
Constantly supervise, control and coordinate work according to project plans to ensure timeliness and high quality.
Committed to uphold all work processes and documentation including project correspondences, weekly progress reports etc and the chairing of site meetings with clients.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Project Director or management.
Provide administrative support to facilitate effective communication across projects.
Educational Qualifications: Must possess at least a Diploma degree from a recognized institution.
Experience Level: Seeking candidates with 1-3 years of experience in documentation or a related field.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Project Management and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software is essential.
