Project Executive

Job Descriptions

• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
• Liaise with clients, understand their needs, and ensure their expectations are met.
• Work with designers, architects, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with contract specifications and design plans.
• Manage procurement of materials, fixtures, and equipment.
• Develop and implement solutions to address any issues identified during inspections.
• Communicate technical aspects of the work to all stakeholders and ensure project objectives are met.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to management.

Job Requirements

• WSQ/Diploma/Degree in interior design, construction management, or related field.
• At least 3-4 years of Commercial/Retail/F&B, Interior fit-out experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
