Job Responsibilities:
- Able to manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring they align with objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Ability to coordinate several projects at once, while analysing and resolving specific problems.
- Liaise and coordinate closely with external clients, contractors and suppliers as well as internal parties to oversee and ensure timely job completion.
- Prepare and submit supporting documentation for client's approval pertaining to the projects.
- Work closely with client site operations coordinators to ensure requirements at customer site are compiled and seek clarifications if needed.
- Arrange for SIC orientation and any other focus trainings for relevant personnel.
- Follow up with customer email communication and provide periodic updates on any follow up actions required.
- Participate in customer meetings (on-site and online when required) and provide updates to the Sales PIC for any actions required.
- Prepare delivery orders or any VO quotations relating to the projects.
- Any other related ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Min. 2 years of relevant experience.
- Basic knowledge in Project management will be an advantage.
- Ability to multi-task within tight deadlines.
- Good communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Works well both independently and as a team.
- Willing to learn and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and organised.
