We are a signage company that design, manufacture and install signage. We are seeking to hire a Project Executive to handle existing projects.
Work Requirements
- Outgoing personality, able to work as a team with various levels in a multi cultural organisation.
- Able to do basic site measurements and simple report to relay back office for disucssion.
- Have valid class 3 driving license added advantage.
- Physically fit & able to do site walk with client as and when require.
Work Responsiblity
- To attend meeting, take notes for record with clients. Prepare minimutes of meeting to client.
- Brief in-house drafters to amend/update design.
- Check drawings before release and email to client.
- Ensure smooth execution on site with close supervision & briefing to assign supervisor.
- Work closely with in-house production supervisor for deliverables.
