A DAY IN THE LIFE...
- Involve in the planning and execution of projects related to Filler, Loader and Unloader machine.
- Ensure that the installation of machinery complies with local laws and Nestlé standards.
- Coordinate and led the planning, design, and execution of CAPEX projects across multiple teams, both locally and globally.
- Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, standards, and adherence to local laws and regulations.
- Supervise project construction, contractor safety, equipment installation, commissioning, and handover processes.
- Collaborate with local and global teams, consultants, vendors, and suppliers.
ARE YOU A FIT
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronic, Automation, Electrical) or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in plant manufacturing or engineering, with experience in the FMCG sector being an advantage.
- At least 3 years of experience in Project Management, with a strong understanding of CAPEX management.
- Proven experience in third-party management and working with cross-cultural and cross-functional teams.
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and conflict management skills.
- Excellent reading, writing, and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English
- Flexibility in working hours, as adjustments may be required due to different time zones of project teams.
- Ability to work independently in stressful situations as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SAP, and MS Project.
