Our client is a leading provider of offshore and industrial hydraulic solutions. They are looking for a Project Engineer to assist their team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in the West area - easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Support project management by monitoring progress to meet contractual requirements and ensuring timely delivery within the agreed schedule.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure effective communication, smooth project execution, and fulfillment of commitments.
- Manage project documentation and reporting, including preparation and submission of design documents, execution plans, progress reports, and procedures.
- Oversee testing and logistics, such as leading Factory Acceptance Tests with subject matter experts and coordinating shipment to meet contractual obligations.
- Identify risks and escalate issues to higher management to mitigate potential project delays or exposure.
Requirements:
- Min Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-4 years of working experience from marine and offshore / heavy equipment industry
- Computer proficiency in MS- Office Suites - Project / Excel / MS Word, Power Point / Adobe Acrobat & AutoCad an added advantage.
- Experience in supervisory and management or projects, people, work processes.
