Project Engineer

Description:

• Ensure all works are carried out within schedule and maintain the required quality.
• Ensure work safe environment at the work site and manage workers.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and daily site supervision.
• Coordinate and attend meetings with main contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth progress of works.
• Prepare and submit Traffic Control Plans (TCP) and Service Diversion Plans to relevant agencies
• Monitor project progress and update project schedules accordingly.
• Prepare method statements, risk assessments, and technical submissions.
• Conduct regular site inspections and implement corrective actions where needed.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting for project records and audits.
• Support the implementation of Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety (QEHS) management systems.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, recognized by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB), Singapore.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in LTA or public sector infrastructure projects.
• Familiar with LTA specifications, workflow, and documentation processes.
• Knowledge of LTA, PUB, NParks, and other authority submission requirements.
• Experience in preparing Traffic Control Plans (TCPs) and service diversion plans.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project).
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to interpret construction drawings and manage site activities.
• Good understanding of safety and environmental regulations.
• Class 3 driving license preferred.
