Project Engineer/Commissioning Engineer

We are looking for a Project Engineer to be responsible forproject delivery and work closely with the commissioning team in siteoperations. The role supports project progression, ensuring expectations,procedures, and deadlines are met. More senior candidates will be considered asSenior Commissioning Engineer/ Assistant Commissioning Manager.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist Managers in ensuring the successfulimplementation of projects.

- Undertake all testing and commissioningactivities from factory tests to integrated systems tests in the final stage ofprojects.

- Monitor site progress and coordinate sitemeetings.

- Attend site meetings and address technicalqueries from clients.

- Review and track vendor responses and methodstatements.

- Witness contractor testing and commissioningresults and confirm compliance.

- Handle project administration and documentationtasks.

- Support HS&E compliance through PPE use,hazard reporting, documentation assistance, and safe work practices.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

- Degree in Electrical Engineering is preferredbut will consider Mechanical and Building Services Engineering or relateddiscipline in engineering

- Have the right to work in Singapore

- Comfortable to work on-site

- Relevant working experience in MEP systems,building services coordination and/or testing & commissioning process withmulti-national corporate exposure
- Hands-on knowledge of PC applications such as MSOffice, MS Project, AutoCAD, Revit

- Good command of written and spoken English and detail oriented

- Reliable and proactive working attitude not afraid to make decisions

- Self-motivated and believe in continuous improvement

- Can manage their time effectively, drive results, building trust and positive partnerships

- Good communication / interpersonal and negotiation skills to handle all stakeholders
