PROJECT ENGINEER

REQUIREMENTS:

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Proven experience in managing ACMV/HVAC Project is essential

Good understanding of local regulatory and code requirements

Capable of working within budgets and meeting deadlines

Strong knowledge of project lifecycle, planning, execution, commission & handover

RESPONSIBILITIES

Establish project documentation, structure & coordination protocols

Collaborate with main contractors on master project schedules

Review system designs/specifications to ensure compliance & performance

Maintain a safe work environment & ensure adherence to all quality & safety standards

Manage sub-contractors, define scope & responsibilities

Assist in settlement of project final account including variation orders

Submit & manage monthly claims & certifications with main contractors/consultant

Support budgeting, costing & forecasting activities in collaboration with tender department
