Job Summary

We are seeking a Project Engineer with 2-5 years of experience to support the delivery of Integrated Building Management System (IBMS) projects. The role involves coordinating technical activities for SCADA and BMS systems, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in accordance with technical and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute IBMS, SCADA, and BMS projects, driving timely and quality delivery
  • Coordinate system implementation activities including DDC programming, SCADA configuration, testing, and commissioning to ensure functional integration
  • Liaise effectively with consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams to meet technical specifications and project requirements
  • Review and verify project drawings, specifications, point lists, and control sequences to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Support site installation, system integration, testing, and handover processes to achieve seamless project completion
  • Monitor project progress, identify technical issues, and coordinate site activities to maintain project schedules and standards
  • Manage Building Fault Reports (BFRs) and coordinate corrective actions using the integrated mobile application to enhance system reliability
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation including method statements, test reports, as-built drawings, and operation manuals for project transparency and future reference
  • Support Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), and client acceptance activities to validate system performance and compliance

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Experience managing subcontractors or coordinating multi-discipline systems to facilitate integrated project delivery
  • Exposure to mobile or web-based maintenance and fault management systems to improve operational efficiency
  • Knowledge of testing and commissioning processes to ensure system functionality and quality assurance
