Responsibilities:
- Conducting site survey and preparing the project proposal
- Review technical drawings, reports, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements
- Coordinate with engineering teams and consultants for feasibility studies and design optimization
- Assist in managing technical queries and clarifications from various stakeholders
- Conducts regular check and meetings with project team and stakeholders to review project progress
- Ensure project team adheres to QA/QC procedures throughout all phases of the project
