Roles & Resposibilities
- Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring the assigned engineering projects
- Interacting with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and representing them in the field.
- Request for information, follow up with owner response to sub requesting information
- Perform overall quality control of the work (schedule, plans, personnel's performance) and report regularly on project status to manager
- Assign responsibilities (daily and weekly plans) to workers
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and team members
- Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions
- Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards
- Ability to work with multiple discipline projects and monitor job schedules
- Supporting both in house projects as well as active projects for client
Requirements
- Self-motivated and able to multi-task
- Supervision skills, decision-making abilities and leadership skills
- Able to work independently and with team members
- Good communication skills
- Microsoft 365 (eg. Excel, Word and Power Point - basic)
Other requirements : (Optional)
- With or without experience (Provide training and course)
- Knowledge of design and visualisations software such as AutoCAD
- With or without class 3 licence
