Project Engineer/Project Manager

1. Diploma/Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering (recognized by Singapore PE Board)
2.Minimum 3 years experience in related field, preferably in residential projects
3.Perform engineering duties in planning, coordinating and overseeing construction projects
4.Perform site inspection
5.Reviewing tender/construction drawings to understand project requirement
6.Resolve technical issues on site and drawings with consultants
7.Prepare and review technical shop drawings in AutoCAD or other CAD software
8.Assist in managing construction process of a project from start to finish
9.Preparation of method statements and technical submission for consultants approval
10.Assist in preparing project status reports and claims
