About the Role
We are looking for a Project Engineer to manage engineering projects from start to finish. This role will involve supporting cost estimation, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and up to quality standards.
Ideal for someone with 1-3 years of project engineering experience, this role provides exposure to advanced manufacturing processes and the opportunity to contribute to global medical device production.

What you'll be doing

• Manage assigned engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope and quality standards
• Support cost estimation and budgeting activities for client projects
• Coordinate project milestones with design, manufacturing, and quality teams
• Maintain accurate documentation including project plans, schedules, and progress reports
• Identify and resolve project-related issues to minimize delays and risks

What we're looking for

• Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in project engineering or a similar role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Knowledge of project management principles such as scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking
• Familiarity with Powder Injection Molding (PIM), Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T), and secondary operations
