Assist the Project / Site manager in project activities and progress, planning, implementation and monitoring work schedules in accordance to the master and detailed work programmes
Liaise with clients, consultants for technical issues, and coordinate the site activities with subcontractors
Ensure progress according to schedule, quality standards is maintained, site inspections are carried out and technical issues are resolved on time
Enforcement on authorities regulations and requirements
Co-ordinate, Program and monitor site work, material and workforce.
Resolve material and manpower issue as highlighted by subordinates.
Implementation of Cost / Quality control on site.
Plan, Lead and motivate workforce including supervision within the project
Ensure procedures, standards and guidelines are followed, maintained and implement corrective/preventive actions.
Able to produce working and As-Built drawing including O&M manual.
Job requirements:
Able to carry out basic engineering design calculations
Well-versed in MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD
Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
Ability to speak, converse and written in English. Mandarin is added plus
