Provide technical direction based on MEP/DfMA drawings (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, IFC).
Manage subcontractor submissions, including method statements, drawings, materials, mock-ups, and progress reports, ensuring alignment with company requirements.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of all method statements.
Identify, analyze, and resolve project issues effectively and efficiently.
Monitor and achieve KPIs set by supervisors.
Lead and supervise project teams, including staff and subcontractors.
Contribute to project planning and development of project concepts.
Maintain effective communication through email and Microsoft Teams.
