Project Engineer (M&E) Project Delivery Team

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Engineer (M&E) to join our dynamic Project Delivery Team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing engineering projects across multiple sites in Singapore. You will work closely with internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure timely and quality project delivery, with a strong emphasis on safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate deployment of team members to ensure smooth workflow and project progress.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to align project timelines and expectations.
  • Prepare and manage project documentation, including quotations, invoicing, and reports.
  • Ensure all project-related paperwork is accurate, up-to-date, and properly archived.
  • Uphold safety standards and promote a strong WSH (Workplace Safety and Health) culture on-site.
  • Support ad hoc assignments and tasks as required by the Site or Project Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in M&E project coordination, preferably in building or facilities-related projects.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good understanding of safety protocols and a strong safety-first mindset.
  • Willingness to travel across various worksites within Singapore.
