Job Requirement:
- Design & Calculation: Perform heat load calculations, system sizing, and equipment selection (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRV/VRF) using HVAC engineering principles.
- Technical Drawings: Interpret and review ACMV drawings ensure ducting, piping, and layouts meet design and regulatory standards.
- Installation & Supervision: Oversee site installation, ensure compliance with specifications, and supervise testing and commissioning (T&C) of systems.
- System Integration: Coordinate with BMS teams for HVAC controls integration and troubleshoot control-related issues.
- Technical Documentation: Prepare method statements, technical reports, and ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., BCA, SS553, ASHRAE).
- Problem Solving: Resolve on-site engineering issues and propose value engineering solutions to optimize performance and cost.
Job Responsibility:
- Knowledge of M&E project requirements and contract requirements
- Experienced in ACMV systems, especially chiller system.
- Able to manage projects/ claims/ sub-contracts in accordance with project timeline.
- Safety knowledge & awareness with necessary safety certification at respective levels.
- To able to work odd hours (if necessary) change to Willingness to step forward when required.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
