Electronic Engineering (Cable Harness)
Responsibilities
- Lead technical staff to plan, implement, and control projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines
- Execute Project Execution Plans to deliver programs, schedules, and work plans that fully comply with contractual requirements
- Conduct regular meetings with customers to review project progress and verify fulfillment of contractual and technical specifications
- Identify issues promptly and implement corrective actions to resolve problems and recover delays in schedules and budgets
- Organize and manage administrative functions and facilities to support job execution efficiently
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma in Electronics, Communication & Computer Engineering
- Ability to generate test procedures and maintain test records according to engineering drawings
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Knowledge of ISO or IPC 620 standards (preferred but not essential for core duties)
- Willingness to undergo training provided by the company
