Job Summary
Oversee and coordinate project operations by managing schedules, resources, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure timely delivery and compliance. Provide technical support through site surveys and issue resolution, driving project success and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee detailed work schedules to ensure efficient project progress and resource allocation
- Coordinate project activities by collaborating with clients, consultants, and suppliers to optimize resource and material planning
- Manage manpower and materials effectively to meet project deadlines and quality standards
- Implement corrective actions promptly to address project deviations and maintain operational continuity
- Prepare and manage comprehensive project documentation including material submissions, risk assessments, and technical drawings to support project execution and compliance
- Enforce safety protocols and compliance requirements on site to maintain a safe working environment
- Provide technical support by conducting site surveys, attending project meetings, and resolving technical issues to facilitate smooth project delivery
- Travel to project sites as needed to oversee operations and support project teams
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Ability to interpret and draw technical drawings (AutoCad), specifications, and project requirements
- With Class 3 driving licence
