Job Summary
Lead and manage daily site operations to ensure timely and safe execution of civil engineering projects. Plan and monitor work schedules aligned with master programmes while delivering accurate progress reporting to support project claims.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily site activities and monitor progress to ensure alignment with master and detailed work programmes
- Plan, implement, and adjust work schedules to optimize project timelines and resource allocation
- Supervise on-site teams to enforce proper work execution and maintain safety standards
- Diagnose and resolve engineering and technical issues promptly to minimize project delays
- Prepare and maintain accurate daily progress reports and records for project tracking
- Compile monthly progress reports to support submission of progress claims prepared by Quantity Surveyors (QS)
- Work alternate Saturdays following successful completion of a 3-month probation period
Required competencies and certifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by PE Board
