Responsibilities:
- Oversee all on-site technical and engineering matters.
- Ensure project execution complies with company quality standards and contractual obligations.
- Participate in project planning, monitor progress, and manage schedules.
- Coordinate with clients and subcontractors on all project aspects, providing both technical and non-technical solutions with proper documentation.
- Prepare and submit monthly progress claims and reports.
- Supervise site teams (supervisors and foremen) to ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
- Enforce Environmental, Safety, and Health (ESH) practices at all times.
Requirements
- Education level and relevant working experience will also be taken into consideration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and possess a positive work attitude.
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Possess BCSS certification or equivalent.
- Able to commence work at short notice.
