Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and implementation of HVAC projects, with a particular focus on duct systems.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Design and develop duct system layouts and specifications in compliance with industry standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within scope.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during project execution.
• Continuously update professional knowledge in HVAC technologies and project management methodologies.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase market share in the HVAC duct systems sector.
• Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to clients, clearly communicating the features and benefits of our products.
• Provide after-sales support and resolve any technical issues that may arise.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within the HVAC industry, with a focuson duct systems.
• Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems and ductwork.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and CAD software such as solidworks or AutoCAD.
• Must be willing to travel as needed.
