Project Engineer

- With experience

- Prefer with construction industry background (Architectural)

- Able to work under stress and independently

- Able to converse in English & Mandarin

- Assist project manager in site planning and supervision works.

- Coordinate with sub-contractors on site works

- Ensure that works are carried out in accordance to required standards

- Prepare documentation for submission purposes

- Responsible for project functions included but not limited to Project Management, Site Management, Project Control Management, Engineering Management, Procurement, Construction Management, etc. are all coordinated.

- Ensure accurate and timely reporting standards are maintained throughout the project(s).

- Coordinate and site management on status and changes of approved projects.

- Develop and execute projects with the project department and including engineering, procurement, owner's team, and external construction management consultants.

- Prepare and submit reports on the progress and status of the project

- Conduct reviews of detailed design drawing and specifications

- Perform other project engineering and project management related duties

- Reporting to Manager / Senior Manager
