Management of projects from concept and design through to implementation, testing, commissioning, handover as well as maintenance.
Provides technical direction and coordinate work procedures with drafters, designers, contractors, architects, consultants or clients.
Estimate, develop and manage construction schedule, methods of statements, and project work plan.
To implement project engineering services and undertake all assignments responsibly.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Nitec in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
Minimum 3 years experience in project management, site coordination with builders, and other trade contractors, attending project meetings and conduct presentations and has attained relevant construction safety certifications.
Relevant experience in Lighting, Audio, Video, Stage Engineering in Studio or Theatrical services as well as in construction environment preferred.
Prior working experience in the technical sales / project environment preferred.
Possess good communication skills and interpersonal relationships with positive learning aptitude.
Responsible, independent and a team player with good initiative.
5 days work week.
Able to start work immediately or within short notice will be advantageous.
