Key Responsibilities:
. Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource management.
. Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
. Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and suppliers on technical and construction matters.
. Monitor project progress and report on timelines, costs, and quality control.
. Assist in managing procurement and delivery of materials and equipment.
. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards on-site.
. Support project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and change orders.
. Identify potential risks or issues and propose corrective actions.
Requirements:
. Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
. 3-5 years of relevant experience in construction or engineering projects.
. Strong technical knowledge of construction methods and materials.
. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
. Proficient in MS Office knowledge of project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) is a plus.
. Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
. Team player with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
