Project Engineer

Position: Project Engineer

Location: Pandan Loop

Salary: 4000-5000

Working time: Mon to Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm

Working day: 5 days

Key Responsibilities

. Lead and support daily engineering and production operations.

. Assist Engineering Manager in machinery installation and commissioning.

. Conduct troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of equipment failures.

. Lead and implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities.

. Improve machine efficiency, reliability, and performance.

. Ensure compliance with HSE, ISO, and company regulations.

. Manage contractors and maintenance team to achieve efficiency and safety standards.

Requirements

. Diploma or higher qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.

. Minimum 5 years of relevant engineering experience, including 3 years in a supervisory role.

. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

. Knowledge of PLC systems, basic robotics, and electrical drawings.

. Effective team player with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
