Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Engineers to deliver DCS solutions to customers.
- Responsible for functional design, hardware design, application development, internal test, customer inspection and commissioning of DCS.
- To execute DCS projects using Centum VP system following ISO9000 standards.
- Manage project lifecycle from requirement gathering, design, FAT/SAT to commissioning.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Process, Instrumentation, IT, Vendors) to ensure smooth execution.
- Ensure all project deliverables comply with ISO9000 quality standards and customer specifications.
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and coaching to junior engineers in the team.
- Monitor project schedules, costs, and risks, taking corrective action when needed.
- Prepare technical documentation, test plans, and training materials for end users.
- Support service team during system handover and warranty/maintenance period.
Requirements
- Mimnimum Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering / Chemical Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in Process Control & Instrumentation site construction, installation and commissioning.
- Strong knowledge of DCS systems (preferably Yokogawa Centum VP), SCADA, PLC, and industrial communication protocols.
- Familiar with project execution methodologies, engineering standards (ISA, IEC, ISO9000).
- Proficiency in control logic, graphics development, and system configuration.
- Experience in leading a team or supervising subcontractors.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in fast-paced project environments.
