Job summary

Participate Management of facade project operations, ensure quality, safety and progress compliance.

Job Description (Faade Rectification Project):

1)Project Planning and Progress Controlling - under the direction of the project manager and senior project supervisor, collaborating with other stakeholders to determine project scope, objectives, timelines. Understand the specific requirements of the project.

2)Design and Engineering - under the direction of the project manager and senior project supervisor, collaborating with the design team to ensure that the designs are workable and meet technical specifications.

3)Safety and Compliance - under the direction of the project manager and senior project supervisor, Ensures that all work is carried out following safety regulations and industry best practices.

4)Quality Control - under the direction of the project manager and senior project supervisor, Monitors the quality of work being done, conducts inspections and ensures that the work meet the required quality standards.

5)Procurement - under the direction of the project manager and senior project supervisor, planning the hand tools, materials, and other equipment procurement for the project.

6)Resource Management - under the direction of the project manager and senior project supervisor, Responsible for coordinating resources, including general labour, equipment and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.

7)Problem Solving - under the direction of the project manager and senior project supervisor, when unexpected challenges and issues arise. The project engineer plays an important role in identifying and resolving these problems.

Specification/Job Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical or civil Engineering or equivalent
• Knowledge of applicable engineering theory, methods and practices.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities, stress, detailed work, reasoning, deadlines. Must be flexible, analytical, and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Will be interacting with multiple stakeholders and working independently.
• The person is expected to be flexible including working outside of normal work hours and weekend working on occasions when required.
• Fresh graduated is welcome too.
