Job Scope
- Oversee the project to optimize efficiency, profitability, and performance while tracking project health and managing risks.
- Ensure the project remains on budget and on schedule, providing regular updates on project progress, highlighting potential issues that may affect budgets or timelines.
- Conduct project status meetings with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear and effective communication between all parties.
- Act as a liaison between the project team and customers to ensure key project information is communicated accurately and promptly.
- Ensure projects meet customer specifications and requirements while adhering to quality standards and timelines.
- Lead, motivate, and guide assigned resources from various departments, organizing regular reviews to resolve any issues that arise during the execution phase.
- Provide regular status updates and reports to the management team, highlighting key challenges or risks.
Requirement
- Degree in Engineering or related disciplines
- 2 - 4 years of relevant experiences in the engineering field with hands-on project management involvement
