Prepare scheduled updates on construction activities and analyze manpower and equipment needs to support project progress
Design Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation Systems that fulfill client requirements and project specifications
Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors during project meetings to align project goals
Prepare project documentation including Progress Claims, Materials Submissions, Risk Assessments, Drawings, and Final Settlements to ensure accurate project tracking
Liaise with procurement teams to monitor and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment for project continuity
Maintain oversight of project budgets, schedules, and databases, and provide regular progress reports to the project manager highlighting potential cost or schedule impacts
Manage and enforce compliance with quality control and quality assurance standards and specifications to uphold project integrity
