Responsibilities
- Monitor and report on progress of works to clients and consultants.
- Attend site, progress, variation, coordination, and QA/QC meetings.
- Conduct audits and ensure quality standards for all works.
- Assist in verification of reports and claims from contractors across civil, structural, geotechnical, architectural, and M&E works.
- Facilitate supervision team in resolving contractor queries and coordinating works on site.
- Liaise with authorities and stakeholders to obtain approvals for commencement of works.
- Assist client in verification of contractor submissions.
- Report site issues, discrepancies, and irregularities to clients and consultants.
- Maintain awareness of operational and safety procedures, manuals, and circulars.
- Prepare presentation materials for clients, authorities, and interface parties.
- Draft minutes of meetings and verify contractors minutes for accuracy.
- Undertake administrative tasks related to projects as instructed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil & Structural Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years relevant experience in civil, structural, and geotechnical works.
- Strong technical knowledge, ability to interpret drawings and specifications.
- Independent, proactive, and a strong team player.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
