Key Responsibilities:
- Reviews project expenditures to ensure the accuracy of all invoices/applications for payment in accordance with purchase order and subcontract terms, conditions, and ensures that they are processed (approved/authorized) in a timely manner.
- Updates project schedules and prepare project management correspondences and documents effectively on all aspects of the implementation phases, including customer meeting minutes, team assignments/action item tracking, letters, memorandums, transmittals and RFIs.
- Acts as the primary contact with customers, develops a professional relationship, and understands the customer needs to meet those within the bounds of contracted scope.
- Understands and communicates job schedule to all project team members to ensure timely completion of project.
- Adjusts orders for any changes to the scope for moderate projects.
- Assists managers to manage the ordering of materials and logistics according to the project plan and progress to ensure all materials delivered can be billed timely.
- Responsible for organizing all on-site construction activities for complex projects
Requirements:
- Diploma holder in Engineering
- 2 years of relevant experience in project management.
- Must have HVAC background
- Preferably possesses certification such as Project Management certifications and Work at Height certifications
- Experience in Office Skills (Excel) is desired to have
- Excellent stakeholder management and experienced in project management.
