Responsibilities:
. Oversee end-to-end implementation and management of assigned projects to ensure
timely and high-quality delivery.
. Develop and prepare detailed work schedules upon project award.
. Coordinate and supervise vendors and sub-contractors to ensure compliance with
technical specifications and quality standards.
. Review documentation from vendors and sub-contractors for accuracy,
completeness, and compliance, including technical and material submissions.
. Monitor overall project progress and provide regular updates and status reports to
management and clients.
. Conduct routine site inspections and manage work schedules to ensure smooth
operations and timely execution.
. Identify potential issues or delays and implement appropriate solutions to mitigate
risks.
. Prepare test scripts, schedules, and reports for Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and
Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), coordinating client invitations for witness testing.
. Liaise with consultants and clients for Integrated System Testing (IST), coordinating all
relevant stakeholders, including vendors, sub-contractors, and internal departments.
. Collaborate with the BIM team to identify and rectify discrepancies in construction
drawings and ensure accuracy in as-built drawings.
. Work with the Project Administration team to prepare Operation & Maintenance
Manuals (OMM) and project handover documentation.
Requirements:
. Degree or Diploma with at least 1 year of experience in project, engineering, or
construction management. Preference for candidates with experience in data centers
or critical environments. (ITE holders with relevant experience or fresh graduates
may also be considered.)
. Strong understanding of project management principles and high attention to detail
to ensure smooth technical workflows.
. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
. Certification in workplace safety (e.g., WSQ, WSH) is preferred.
. Positive, proactive attitude and ethical behavior.
. Team player with the ability to work independently and resolve challenges in a fast-
paced environment.
