We are looking for a Project Engineer to join our team, reporting directly to the Project Manager.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Report and assist Project Manager (PM) on project functions included but not limited to project management, site management, risk control management etc. to meet the project(s) goals.
Plan and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables for warehouse automation projects.
Coordinate with sales and solutions team, partners and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
Ensure key project information and status is communicated accurately and promptly between customers and project team as well as to provide regular status updates to the management team highlighting key challenges and risks.
Support site implementation, testing, and commissioning of systems.
Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure project meets customer specifications and requirements while adhering to timeliness.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational industry standards.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related disciplines
0 - 2 years of relevant experiences in the engineering field with hands-on project management involvement
Preferred Skills & Characteristics
Self-starter and ability to self-manage strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on and adaptable approach.
Solid problem-solving capabilities
Ability to maintain good project documentation
