Senior/ Project Engineer

Job Description

- Prepare, schedule, manage, coordinate and monitor projects

- Perform value engineering design to achieve high efficient standard for ACMV System

- Develop tender specifications and perform natural & unbiased tender evaluations

- Attend to site test and inspections to ensure quality of standards and all health & safety requirements are adhered to

- Assist in the preparation of progress payments claims and variation orders where required

- Work closely with Project Managers and site personnel in the execution of task schedule

- Supervise contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers and staff at site

Requirements

- Diploma / Bachelor degree in M&E or related engineering field

- For Senior position, at least 2 years of professional project management experience, preferably in ACMV and within construction industry

- Understanding of building systems particularly in HVAC systems and other M&E disciplines

- Ability to identify innovative solutions to problems

- Proactive, possess a positive attitude and able to work independently

- Must have good interpersonal, verbal and written skills

- Must have initiative and possess desire to learn

- Ability to multi-task and work as a team
