About the Role
As a Project Engineer at ATT Securitect, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of engineering and system integration projects, from installation and testing to commissioning and handover. This on-site role involves close coordination with Project Managers, internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards.
The role is ideal for hands-on engineers who enjoy problem-solving, project ownership, and working in a dynamic project environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, install, configure, test, and commission engineering systems from start to finish
Take ownership of system integration projects, ensuring smooth and successful implementation
Support project planning, scope estimation, scheduling, and timely delivery of projects
Coordinate closely with Project Managers, sales and operations teams, subcontractors, and clients
Attend project meetings and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders
Assist in managing variation orders, including quotations and cost discussions
Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting, fault analysis, and issue resolution
Prepare and maintain clear technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Develop training materials and conduct system training for clients and internal teams
Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety procedures, company SOPs, and HSE standards
Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment
Carry out additional operational or maintenance duties as required
Key Requirements
Diploma in Engineering or a related field
At least 2 years of relevant project engineering experience
(Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
Good command of English (spoken and written)
Hands-on experience in system installation, testing, and commissioning
Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
Willing to work on project sites when required
