Project Oversight:
- Be the System Owner for all subsystems throughout the project.
- Resolve any issues from the start of the project (engineering phase) until final handover.
Leadership Support:
- Assist the Project Manager and Engineering Manager in providing leadership, ensuring team performance aligns with project goals and timelines.
- Manage and supervise the performance of project activities, ensuring smooth collaboration between various teams.
Engineering & Project Monitoring:
- Interact and update the company on all upcoming project activities, including:
- Engineering progress: Ensure progress in system design and engineering.
- Issue resolution: Actively address and resolve issues related to the project.
- Mechanical Completion: Oversee mechanical verification of the system.
- Commissioning: Manage commissioning activities and maintain schedules
System Handover:
- Ensure a smooth handover upon project completion.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Oversee RFSU verification (Ready for Start-Up), PSSR completion (Pre-Start-Up Safety Review), and ensure system performance testing is conducted effectively.
- Ensure the timely completion of project documentation, such as engineering updates, verification reports, and completion certifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Experience
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in LNG & oil/gas projects, particularly in the South East Asia.
Key Skills
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with proven ability to manage large-scale engineering projects and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
Preferred Skills
- Experience with LNG and oil/gas systems and subsystems.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and commissioning processes.
