Job Description

Assist in preparing Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and coordinate project planning activities
Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to resolve project-related issues and ensure smooth operations
Verify that project work complies with quality and safety standards through inspections and audits
Monitor and manage the project section's budget, track expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including technical drawings, progress reports, and compliance records
Assist in supervising and executing the company's Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) activities
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering
At least 2 years of relevant project or engineering experience
General understanding of electrical systems (LEW license is an advantage)
Knowledge of Risk Assessment and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
Preferably experienced with AutoCAD software
Knowledgeable in Environment, Health, and Safety standards, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
