Job Description

Manage the day-to-day planning, coordination, and monitoring of engineering activities for assigned projects.
Oversee key project functions including site management, project control, engineering coordination, and construction management.
Prepare, submit, and track project documentation such as Permits to Work, Method Statements, Risk Assessments, and related approvals.
Coordinate and follow up on permit applications with building management and relevant authorities.
Supervise and monitor material deliveries, installation works, task execution, and compliance with approved procedures.
Ensure all works carried out by trade contractors comply with Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) and QA/QC requirements.
Provide accurate and timely progress updates and reports to the Manager and/or Assistant Manager.
Identify, evaluate, and report any variations, additional works, or scope changes to management.
Maintain effective coordination and communication with clients, main contractors, building management, and trade contractors.
Support site surveys and technical assessments during tender and proposal stages.
Assist in tender preparation.
Provide support for operational and service-related troubleshooting when required.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager and/or Assistant Manager.
