Project Director

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for assigned construction projects.
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, and statutory requirements.
• Lead and manage project managers, engineers, and site teams to achieve project objectives.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities, subcontractors, and suppliers on all project matters.
• Monitor project progress, costs, and risks, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Manage contractual issues, claims, disputes, and negotiations with relevant parties.
• Drive continuous improvement, value engineering, and productivity initiatives across projects.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Sound knowledge of Singapore construction regulations, contracts, and authorities requirements.
