Small sub-contractor company looking for potential candidate with dedication and with relevant experience, minimally completed 2-3 site projects experience.
Successful candidate can look forward to profit sharing based on performance.
Require:
- Able to read and interpret drawings
- AutoCAD skills
- Able to calculate and place construction material orders including rebar
- Carry out daily site work and supervision
- Coordinate with main contractors / sub contractors / relevant vendors (materials/ equipments) to meet schedules
- Plan all works on site, including schedules and manage foreign workers.
- Be able to do costing and budgeting
- Able to identify issues, drawing discrepancies etc with relevant team
- Adhere to all safety rules
- Prepare work instructions and method statements
- Any other adhoc duties related to role
- Ability to identify potential and occurring problems that affect the schedule of works at site and recommend solutions to relevant team / department.
- Ensuring that the site works are completed with high quality standards and adhering to safety requirements throughout the project.
- Driving licence, able to drive lorry ad-hoc whenever required.
